Responsibilities

Lead major consulting assignments in geotechnical engineering and align with client needs.
Coordinate across clients, projects, codes, and geographies to deliver client value.
Develop team technical competence and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Direct and coach teams to execute multiple projects with high quality.
Mentor staff and grow practice areas through leadership and external engagement.
