Qualifications
- Master's degree in civil engineering with a geotechnical concentration.
- 20+ years of geotechnical consulting experience; 10+ years in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- California PE and Geotechnical Engineer registrations.
- Strong business development and project leadership with high revenue responsibility.
- Proven ability to generate at least $1.5 million in annual net revenue.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the portfolio by developing strategic client relationships and driving revenue.
- Oversee large, complex projects from initiation to completion with client satisfaction.
- Mentor high-performance teams and promote staff development.
- Contribute to long-term strategy and proposals for high-impact projects.
- Ensure work complies with Health & Safety protocols and safety behaviors.
