Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering specializing in Geotechnical Engineering with 3 years post‑graduate experience.
• MS in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical focus and minimum 5 years experience.
• P.E. License (US) strongly preferred; P.Eng (Canada) considered—must be licensed in US and/or Canada.
• Geology/Geological Engineering or Hydrology coursework a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to develop client relations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting field inspections and subsurface explorations.
• Performing geotechnical and civil engineering analyses.
• Assisting with peer review of the design and construction of geotechnical systems.
• Preparing conceptual designs for repair/restoration of damaged geotechnical systems.
