Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Engineer for our northern Minnesota operations. You will drive project proposals, perform analyses, and act as the technical authority for diverse geotechnical and civil projects across a growing regional network.

You will mentor staff engineers, review deliverables, and build client relationships while advancing a collaborative culture in a single-office environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical engineering or closely related field.
• Master's degree is a plus but not required.
• PE license required/4+ years of licensure experience.
• Experience with engineering analysis and field/lab work is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals for simple to complex projects independently.
• Perform engineering analyses using standard formulas and software; create sketches and comparisons.
• Review field reports and ensure compliance with methodologies.
• Author deliverables and coordinate with teams and clients.
• Mentor junior staff and provide peer reviews of deliverables.
• Coordinate with other engineers and technicians across disciplines.
• Develop client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Manage project assignments and ensure schedules and budgets are met.
