Job summary

I.K. Hofmann USA, Inc. is seeking geotechnical engineers to join a growing team serving the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

The role focuses on expanding services in construction materials, geotechnical and environmental spaces, with opportunities to work on proposals, presentations and client consultations. Ideal candidates hold an ABET-accredited civil/geotechnical degree and demonstrate strong communication with clients and general contractors.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, geological or related degree.
• Experience working within the Architecture Engineering and Construction space.
• Ability to communicate with clients and General Contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support growth with clients in construction materials, geotechnical and environmental spaces.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and consultations for current and future clients.
• Engage in field testing and site inspections as part of geotechnical services (soil compaction, concrete slump, asphalt inspections).

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS NEEDED! A client of I.K. Hofmann USA is looking to build out their current team with qualified Civil and Geotechnical Engineers located throughout The Greater Tampa Bay Area. This person will be responsible for helping grow with in the construction materials, geotechnical, and environmental space. They will need to help through growth with clients in the industry giving proposals, presentations, consultation and more to current and future clients. Our client works heavily within soil compaction testing, concrete slump testing, asphalt inspections, and much more.

Must Haves for All Openings:

-An ABET accredited bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, geological or related degree.

-Experience working within the Architecture Engineering and Construction space.

-Ability to communicate with clients and General Contractors.
