Job summary

International Erosion Control Association seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with 6+ years of experience delivering geotechnical solutions for bridges, dams, levees, and major infrastructure projects in the region.

You will lead design, oversee field investigations, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams while upholding safety and quality standards. This role also involves growth, mentorship, and opportunities to work on high-profile assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or Geological Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with expertise in dams, levees, and/or large bridge foundations.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S. (Ohio PE preferred).
• Experience with ODOT projects and/or U.S. Army Corps of Engineer’s highly desired.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
