Job summary

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Columbus, Ohio, to lead and deliver geotechnical solutions for major infrastructure projects including bridges, dams, levees, and buildings. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and mentorship, offering opportunities to work on challenging, high-profile projects across the region. You will oversee field investigations, inspections, and geotechnical reporting, and play a key role in client collaboration and business development. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of geotechnical engineering experience, a Bachelor’s degree in civil or geological engineering (Master’s preferred), and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the U.S. (Ohio PE preferred). Experience with ODOT projects or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is highly desirable.
