Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related Geoscience.
• Minimum five (5) years of oil and gas geoscience experience.
• Ability to integrate complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply wellbore stability and geomechanical models.
• Integrate geological, petrophysical and geomechanical data to assess hazards.
• Lead multidisciplinary root cause analyses of drilling and completions issues.
• Provide mentorship and develop repeatable analytical workflows.
• Support pre-drill planning and post-well evaluation with cross-functional teams.
