Job summary

Trinity Consultants seeks a Senior Geologist to lead geoscience projects from our Ventura, California office. The role requires independent scope development, project delivery, regulatory submittals, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Geology or Geoscience, an M.S. preferred, and a California PG license or eligibility. Expect heavy project oversight, regulatory coordination, and a mix of field and desk work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geoscience (Master's preferred).
• Active California Professional Geologist (PG) license or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• 10+ years of applied geosciences experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee surface and subsurface geologic projects, including scope and budget.
• Prepare technical reports, regulatory submittals, and work plans.
• Mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
