Job summary

Solvarus Consulting seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to provide end-to-end SE&I services to a National Customer, including NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies. The role emphasizes requirements engineering, architecture, and testing across complex GEOINT environments.

You will work with government stakeholders, lead technical analyses, and mentor Engineers in a fast-paced, mission-focused setting in Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
• 18+ years in government/industry with DoD/IC acquisition and SE capabilities.
• Experience delivering briefings and technical papers to senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, and risk management for NSG/ASG/federal needs.
• Capture mission needs into system requirements and technical solutions.
• Lead analyses of alternatives, trade studies, and architecture assessments.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate senior to junior engineers on national programs.
