Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to support an Intelligence Community client.

This role requires deep expertise in collection platforms and multi‑source strategies to enable automated tipping and queueing, with on‑site work at the client facility in Springfield, VA. You will lead GEOINT tasking efforts, collaborate with NSG/IC stakeholders, mentor junior analysts, and deliver briefings at DNI/DoD levels, contributing to critical national security

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.
• 5+ years experience with TCPED of GEOINT data.
• 5+ years experience managing multi-source data sensemaking.
• Knowledge of overhead sensors and automated collection strategies.
• Experience with NSG focus areas and collaboration tools.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and sources for multi‑intelligence strategies.
• Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS).

Responsibilities

• Provide GEOINT collection tasking expertise.
• Advise on GEOINT imaging systems architecture.
• Support GEOCOM sub-committees as a GEOINT SME.
• Optimize collection and dissemination of imagery for the IC.
• Validate information and refine collection strategies.
• Coordinate to answer intelligence problems.
• Build automated multi‑intelligence collection strategies using apps.
• Mentor junior Source Strategies Analysts.
• Produce briefings and papers for Source leadership.
• Brief and write for DNI/DoD audiences.
