GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst, Senior
Overview
We are seeking a Senior GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to join our team supporting the NGA Washington Office. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of GEOINT data to support real-time and activity-based collection efforts. You will collaborate with customers and source providers to develop comprehensive multi-intelligence strategies, working across multiple sources and sensors to address complex intelligence challenges. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical national security missions within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Work Arrangement

Responsibilities
- Support real-time and activity-based GEOINT collection efforts through tasking, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of data.
- Manage large multi-source data sensemaking and assess metrics related to model output confidence and reliability.
- Develop automated collection strategies and work with data scientists to derive insights from temporal and spatial data sets.
- Collaborate with customers and source providers to develop multi-intelligence, multi-source strategies for complex intelligence problems.
- Support research phases of information need development and understand the impacts of phenomenology on tasking traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sensors.
- Utilize GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and other collection management tools within the NSG framework.
- Contribute to the evaluation and documentation of non-traditional sensor capabilities and workflows.
- Provide feedback to assist with the development of training materials and operational procedures.
- Support multi-tasking for day-to-day operations across geographically separated locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT data, including support to real-time and activity-based collection.
- 5+ years of experience managing large multi-source data sensemaking, assessing metrics related to model output confidence, and developing automated collection strategies.
- Knowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities, including automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies.
- Experience working with multi-tasking in a program management environment across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with NSG collection management structures and tools, including NSG/IC collaborative tools.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and source providers to develop multi-source strategies.
- Experience supporting research and understanding phenomenology impacts on GEOINT tasking.
- Operational experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS).
Desired Skills
- Experience providing feedback to develop training materials.
- Knowledge of research, evaluation, and documentation of non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
- Ability to translate intelligence workflows into learning objectives for training audiences.
- Operational experience with vector data.
Pay Range
Pay range: $125,000.00–$150,000.00 (annual)
This pay range is based on qualifications and experience, and assumes all role requirements are met.
