The role requires 8+ years in history-related fields, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent museum practice), and TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility. You’ll oversee content development, archives, and collaborations with museums to showcase client history.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on history-related work in history, geography, library science, museum studies, or museum science.
• Bachelor’s Degree in History, Geography, Library Science, Museum Studies, Museum Science, or related field; or 8+ years of direct museum practice, artifact preservation, or history-related positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high volume of historical content for internal and external audiences (articles, brochures, social media, podcasts, website content, exhibits).
• Manage and curate Historical Research Center materials, artifacts, and archival records for accessibility and preservation.
• Collaborate with museums on loans, exhibits, and artifact acquisitions; produce historical displays and museum experiences.
• Provide copy editing and QA for history program products and assist in audits and inventory procedures.
