Schnabel, Inc. is seeking a Project GeoStructural Engineer to support our national practice. You will participate in multidisciplinary project teams, often across Schnabel offices, and lead a high-performing team delivering exceptional client service and technical excellence.

The Geostructural group provides design and analysis for SOE systems, underpinning, slopes, foundations, and related earth-structure projects, with opportunities for growth and strong collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Master's in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical or Structural emphasis preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania or eligible by reciprocity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Review of construction documents including calculations, plans and specs.
• Preparation of proposals and engineering reports.
• Coordinate geostructural services with clients and internal teams.
• Develop strong client relationships for repeat business.
• Oversight of junior geostructural staff.
• Support projects and business goals as required.
