Job summary

Go Fish Digital is seeking a Senior Manager of Generative Engine Optimization to lead GEO strategy and delivery across technical SEO, content, and entity optimization. You’ll drive client-ready analyses, build roadmaps, and manage experiments that translate data into practical, scalable results.

You’ll collaborate with the SEO, Content, Digital PR, Analytics, Paid, and Social teams to connect GEO recommendations to broader marketing programs, mentor teammates, and help shape GEO offerings for

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, digital PR, or a related search discipline.
Solid grounding in technical SEO, content optimization, structured data, and how search engines / AI systems retrieve information.
Interest in generative search, LLMs, and evolving brand discovery online.
You can organize a messy question, investigate it with data, and turn into a useful recommendation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate GEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts.
Build actionable roadmaps and briefs for technical SEO, content, and entity optimization.
Manage GEO experiments, document hypotheses, results, and next steps.
Track GEO signals and partner with Analytics for reporting.
Communicate insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to playbooks.
