Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience.
• Experience leading product development in regulated genomics software.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background and delivery track record.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate user needs into epics and a prioritized backlog.
• Lead release plans, grooming, and sprint planning for software delivery.
• Collaborate across Clinical Development, Lab Ops, and Bioinformatics.
• Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to guide development.
• Develop documentation and verification strategies with QA during SDLC.
