Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics or computational biology.
• Four to five years of relevant research experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in genomic data analysis and statistical programming.
• Master's or doctoral degree is preferred for senior level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple genomic research projects.
• Design, implement, and optimize experimental and computational methods.
• Perform quality control, phasing, imputation, and meta-analysis of genomic data.
• Develop and improve bioinformatics pipelines for high-throughput analyses.
• Prepare figures, tables, and manuscripts for publications and grants.
