Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on generator maintenance in data centers or hospitals
• In-depth knowledge of data center power infrastructure: generators, UPS, ATS
• Strong understanding of diesel, gas-powered and hybrid generators
• Experience with remote monitoring and diagnostic systems for critical power
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Knowledge of fuel delivery systems and management for backup generators
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and travel ~25%

This role will support the reliability and performance of critical backup power infrastructure across data center operations. You will oversee generator systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts that help ensure uninterrupted service and safe power transitions. The position partners closely with operations and technical teams to strengthen resilience, improve monitoring, and support expansion initiatives in a high-availability environment.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
