Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Generator Project Engineer to lead technical project management for gas turbine and generator projects. You will coordinate engineering activities, liaise with customers and EPCs, and drive improvements in project execution.

The role requires collaboration across multiple teams, readiness to travel up to 10%, and a office presence 2-3 days weekly in the Greenville area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in project, design, or field engineering for generator projects.
• Strong coordination and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project management and direction for generator projects.
• Coordinate engineering activities and resolve critical issues.
• Serve as liaison with customers, EPCs, and internal teams.
• Review contracts and manage scope changes and communications.
• Lead kickoff meetings and design liaison discussions with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and provide quarterly estimates at completion (EACs).
• Support resolution of design complexities and schedule risks.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

High school diploma / GED with 5 years relevant experience
