Job summary

Pacer Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Engineer for Generative AI Automation. The role focuses on designing and operationalizing autonomous AI agents and security tooling across production environments, mitigating agentic AI risks with secure-by-design controls.

You will lead security research on Generative AI threats and mentor teams on Secure SDLC practices, while collaborating across enterprise security engineering to embed automated checks into pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents in production.
• Secure CI/CD tooling with automated security checks and threat modeling.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for LLMs and guardrails for safe AI usage.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade autonomous AI agents.
• Develop enterprise security automation tooling for CI/CD security checks.
• Establish guardrails and sandboxing to mitigate prompt-injection risks.
• Integrate autonomous agents with source control, issue tracking, and security scanners.
• Research Generative AI threats and mentor teams on Secure SDLC.
