Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Security Architect in Phoenix to lead enterprise security architecture efforts and drive ADRs for AI-enabled platforms. You will review designs, govern model security and data protection, and document options and controls for complex GenAI implementations.

You’ll define security controls, ensure traceability of architectural decisions, and use GenAI tools to improve ADR quality and SARB throughput, while mentoring teams on secure-by-design AI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in architecture or security design, including AI-related systems in enterprise environments.
• Strong enterprise security architecture knowledge aligned to SABSA, TOGAF, and NIST CSF.
• Demonstrable experience securing GenAI or autonomous agents with threat modeling.
• Clear, structured authorship and analytical writing skills for defensible architectural recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead security reviews of solution and domain architectures, including ADRs and AI-enabled platforms.
• Assess GenAI and agentic solution designs for model security, data protection, and prompt integrity.
• Author and maintain ADRs, patterns, and reference architectures with documented options and controls.
• Define and evaluate security controls for GenAI systems including access, data boundaries, and guardrails.
• Support continuous improvement by using GenAI tools to enhance document review and SARB throughput.
