Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies in AI security.
• Develop and maintain security automation tooling to enhance visibility and enforce best practices.
• Automate secure design reviews and integrate security checks into development processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for agent architecture and secure coding.
• Establish agent quality and security evaluation practices for task success and code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop agentic AI systems that autonomously plan, execute, and adapt tasks across complex workflows.
• Build automation tooling for security or developer efficiency, integrating security checks into CI/CD pipelines and pull request workflows.
• Conduct research on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies to stay updated on the evolving security landscape.
• Develop and maintain security automation tooling to enhance visibility and enforce security best practices.
• Automate secure design reviews and integrate security checks into development processes.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for agent architecture, AI-assisted engineering, and secure coding practices.
• Establish agent quality and security evaluation practices covering task success, code quality, and secure coding.
• Collaborate with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and security platforms to ensure seamless integration.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 10+ years in software development and CI/CD automation.
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity.
• 2+ years in Generative AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Data Science, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Anthropic Claude/Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and industry best practices within Generative AI security.
• Experience with GitHub automation and API integrations.
• Knowledge of agent frameworks (e.g., Lang Graph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and AI lifecycle management.
• Information security professional certifications (e.g., SANS GIAC, CISSP).
• Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Data Science, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• Machine Learning Operation Professional Certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Adversarial Robustness techniques and AI Risk Management frameworks.
