Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Generative AI and RPA Developer to design, build, and deploy automated processes using UiPath and AI-powered solutions with AWS Bedrock. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, implement secure APIs, and mentor junior developers in a remote capacity.

The role emphasizes DoD AI ethics, RMF controls, and data readiness activities, requiring a strong software background and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in software development with AI/GenAI project experience.
• 2+ years hands-on UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robot).
• 1+ years AWS services experience (AWS Bedrock).
• Strong Python and C#/.NET programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Develop generative AI apps using AWS Bedrock or SageMaker and similar services.
• Architect and implement AI-powered capabilities with LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Ensure secure APIs, pipelines, and microservices for AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI/RPA with business apps and workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and stay current with RPA/AI technologies.
