Job summary

CareSource is seeking an AI Developer to design and deploy intelligent solutions that address complex healthcare challenges. You will lead the architecture of Generative AI platforms, including LLMs, vector databases, and pipelines, while staying current with AI trends and implementing robust MLOps practices.

The role requires 5+ years of AI/ML experience, proficiency in Python and major ML libraries, and hands-on cloud/MLOps expertise.

Qualifications

• Required: bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/AI or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years developing and deploying AI/ML models.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP and MLOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI models and algorithms for diverse business challenges.
• Lead architecture of Generative AI platforms, LLMs, vector DBs and inference pipelines.
• Prototype proof-of-concept solutions and drive production-ready AI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and product teams to integrate AI.
• Implement and manage MLOps pipelines for training, deployment and monitoring.
