Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in California seeks a Senior Generative AI & ML Specialist Solutions Architect to independently drive technical thought leadership and customer outcomes across enterprise AI/ML workloads.

You will educate customers at scale, design solutions using SageMaker/Bedrock and other AWS AI services, and mentor teams while partnering with Sales to accelerate adoption and revenue. Strong public speaking and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in specific technology domains (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

• Educate and influence customers at scale with deep technical knowledge, thought leadership, and excellent communication skills via 1:many webinars, hands-on workshops, AWS blogs, and GitHub solutions.
• Engage with senior engineers, architects, product leaders, data scientists, and executives to understand pain points and influence architectural decisions.
• Design solutions that leverage AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, Bedrock, AgentCore, and other services.
• Be an expert in ML/AI concepts such as model fine tuning, ML Ops, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and security for AI agents.
• Build rapid proofs-of-concept for Agentic AI and ML applications based on customer needs.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue in the AMERICAS.
• Thought Leadership – Evangelize AWS ML services via blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS service teams to feedback product improvements.
• Mentor, hire and develop top talent on technical and leadership skills.
