Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains (software, cloud, systems).
• 3+ years design/implementation in applications/infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development/consulting in software/Internet.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, math or equivalent.
• Knowledge of software development tools & methodologies; experience with cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Educate and influence customers at scale with deep technical knowledge via webinars, workshops, blogs, and GitHub solutions.
• Engage with senior engineers, architects, and executives to understand pain points and influence architecture decisions.
• Design solutions using AWS AI/ML services like SageMaker, Bedrock, and related tools.
• Be an expert in ML concepts: fine tuning, LLMs, MLOps, prompt engineering, security for AI agents.
• Build POCs for Agentic AI/ML applications based on customer needs.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, and service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue in the AMERICAS.
• Lead thought leadership through blogs, whitepapers, and public speaking events.
