Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) is seeking a Senior Generative AI & ML Specialist Solutions Architect to advance customer adoption of AWS AI/ML services across enterprise and developer audiences. You will lead 1:many webinars and workshops, and share technical insights through blogs and public speaking.

The role requires deep technical expertise, executive-level customer engagement, and collaboration with the AGS NAMER team to drive scalable, high-impact AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains.
• 3+ years design/implementation in applications and infrastructures.
• 2+ years working with Data & AI technologies

Responsibilities

• Educate and Influence customers at scale with deep technical knowledge, thought leadership, and communication via webinars and workshops.
• Engage with senior engineers, architects, product leaders, data scientists, and executives to understand pain points and influence architectural decisions.
• Design solutions leveraging AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, Bedrock, AgentCore, and more.
• Serve as expert in ML concepts like LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI governance.
• Build rapid proofs-of-concept for agentic AI and ML applications based on customer needs.
• Partner with SAs, Sales, and AI/ML Service teams to accelerate adoption and revenue in the Americas.
