Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, execute, and operationalize fine-tuning workflows for large language models across supervised, preference-based, and reinforcement learning approaches.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into production-grade pipelines, balancing data quality, compute budgets, evaluation rigor, and shipping velocity, with a track record of shipping meaningful LLM work.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of ML research/engineering with substantial LLM exposure.
• Strong Python and deep learning framework skills (PyTorch).
• Experience fine-tuning transformer models at scale and distributed training.
• Familiarity with RLHF, DPO, or similar techniques; strong eval design.
• Production-grade engineering practices and ability to ship LLM work.
