Job summary

Fourways Consulting LLC is seeking an AI Engineer / Generative AI Developer for an onsite engagement in San Ramon, CA. The role focuses on architecting and deploying production-grade LLM apps, autonomous agentic workflows, and robust RAG pipelines.

You will design scalable Python applications, integrate Azure OpenAI, build multi-agent systems with AutoGen and CrewAI, and ensure secure CI/CD pipelines. Onsite work in San Ramon, CA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive software development experience with Python.
• 2+ years in Generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands-on Azure OpenAI services experience and LLM endpoint integration.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions with AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and semantic search architectures.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Graph APIs and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to work onsite 4 days/week in San Ramon, CA.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy production-grade generative AI applications and LLM-powered solutions.
• Develop robust backend services, microservices, and secure RESTful APIs in Python.
• Implement multi-agent workflows using AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Design high-performance RAG pipelines and vector database integrations.
• Integrate Microsoft Graph APIs for document retrieval and context enrichment.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads on Azure OpenAI and cloud-native infra.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints.
