Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to advance our AI initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on work with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI frameworks, Python and API development, and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP).

Onsite presence in Kansas City, MO two days per week is required. Experience with document intelligence, workflow automation, AI proofs-of-concept, and familiarity with governance or risk

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Generative AI and related fields.
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, API development, and cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Experience with workflow automation and document intelligence is preferred.
