Job summary

Revel IT in Westerville, OH seeks an AI Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Generative AI solutions across multiple business domains. You will drive scalable AI platforms and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to accelerate engineering velocity and deliver measurable impact.

You will champion LLM technologies (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama 3), govern LangChain & Llama Index, and ensure production readiness with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise Generative AI solutions using RAG, transformers, vectorization, and multi-agent architectures.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based applications (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama 3) with evaluation and compliance.
• Architect AI features within frontend ecosystem (JSX, React 19, Tailwind CSS 3, shadcn/ui).
• Govern AI tooling standards; evaluate LangChain and Llama Index across teams.
• Construct end-to-end AI workflows with data prep, training/fine-tuning, and production monitoring in cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Define and instrument LLM performance metrics for scalability and accuracy.
• Provide mentorship and document AI design choices for organization knowledge.
