Job summary

Revel IT seeks an strategic Enterprise Architect in Westerville, Ohio to serve as the senior architectural authority across the GDPO organization. The role defines and governs the enterprise technology blueprint across business, data, and technology domains, ensuring scalable, secure platforms and modern tooling alignment.

You will translate business needs into actionable roadmaps, guide AI and automation adoption, and collaborate with AI architects, data and platform engineers, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or senior technical architecture roles within complex, multi-system enterprise environments
• 5+ years of experience defining and governing enterprise-wide architecture standards, technology roadmaps, and reference architectures
• Demonstrated experience leading architecture governance across multiple domains (business, application, data, technology); experience architecting solutions across cloud and on‑premise hybrid environments
• Experience influencing technology strategy and investment decisions at the executive level
• Experience leading or managing architecture teams or architecture practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy and technology roadmap across business, application, data, and technology architecture domains.
• Provide architectural oversight and serve as the bridge between executive leadership and technical teams.
• Lead architecture governance across standards, patterns, policies, and guardrails.
• Guide AI, data, integration, and platform architecture including risk, security, and compliance considerations.
• Align GPDO front-end tooling (JSX, React 19, Tailwind, shadcn/ui) with enterprise standards and reuse patterns.
• Govern data and integration architecture, API patterns, and cloud infrastructure (Snowflake, AWS).
• Mentor staff, evangelize best practices, and collaborate with AI architects, engineers, and business leaders.
• Communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs to executives and stakeholders.
