The role requires a BS in Engineering (ABET) with 10+ years of experience, PE license or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required or equivalent.
• PE license or ABET-accredited degree with advanced engineering degree acceptable.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with project management capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead teams independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage diverse projects ensuring safety, scope, schedule and budget compliance.
• Provide guidance on project management strategy to team members.
• Review project documents including plans, contracts, requisitions and technical submittals.
• Oversee budgets, conduct revisions when needed, and ensure change management protocols.
