Job summary

The candidate will mentor senior field staff, manage staffing plans, and collaborate with project managers to optimize field operations. A long track record in supervising major projects is preferred, with strong OSHA discipline and client-facing

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating and managing construction projects.
• Experience across large commercial light industrial and data center projects.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and solve on-site issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a portfolio of construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, high-quality, and profitable execution.
• Direct, mentor, and develop Project Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Field Engineers.
• Champion a zero-incident safety culture by enforcing OSHA compliance and conducting site audits.
• Monitor project schedules, productivity, and cost-quality-safety impacts; resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to evaluate progress, workforce performance, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop staffing plans and allocate field resources.
• Drive quality assurance and quality control to comply with contract documents.
• Support preconstruction activities with constructability reviews and logistics planning.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners to foster repeat business.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the field organization.
