Job summary

Noble 33 is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in service, culinary and beverage quality, and brand presentation. You will lead and develop the management team and hourly staff to deliver consistent, high-quality execution across shifts.

You will be accountable for labor management, cost controls, inventory systems, reporting, and compliance, collaborating with the Director of Operations to drive performance and support marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field.
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a large hourly FOH staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service execution, culinary and beverage standards, cleanliness, safety, and brand presentation across all shifts.
• Lead and develop the management team and hourly staff for consistent, high-quality execution.
• Manage labor, cost controls, inventory, reporting, and compliance in partnership with leadership.
