Noble 33 in West Hollywood, CA seeks an energetic Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, align with brand standards and grow the business. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling and performance of teams across front and back of house, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

The role requires 3–5 years in restaurant management and strong leadership, communication and budget discipline.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a Restaurant management position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand.
Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage service standards and operations.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain a qualified Operations & Culinary team.
Schedule and document employee performance reviews per SOPs.
Identify and develop key employees for growth and promotion.
Oversee front and back of house functions to ensure brand standards.
Manage venue operations daily and supervise staff in a fair, respectful manner.
Coordinate health code and sanitation compliance and safety guidelines.
Drive business growth with planning, marketing and guest relations initiatives.
Monitor labor costs, inventory, and P&L controls to protect margins.
Ensure consistent food and beverage presentation and service quality.
