Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to inspire the team, grow professional customer relationships, and drive sales with integrity. You will oversee store operations, inventory, and service standards, while coaching staff and managing schedules to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Recruit, select, hire, develop and coach store team members; schedule and engage staff.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Lead on duty responsibilities including coaching and floor management.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installation.
