Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks to support facility operations, including repairs and general equipment maintenance.
• Lead assigned maintenance projects or project phases, coordinating work activities and ensuring proper cleanup and restoration upon completion.
• Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various building systems and components.
• Coordinate preparation for internal and third-party inspections, ensuring areas meet required standards.
• Assist in Drone maintenance as needed.
