Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Construction experience.
• Concrete repair skills.
• Knowledge of operating equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, scissor lifts, excavators, and boom lifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to enter, edit, and update work order information in a ticketing system.
• Ability to work in inclement weather, both hot and cold.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Construction drivers license listed as a preferred qualification.
• Must comply with company drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding drugs and alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural components.
• Clean and inspect all aspects of parking garages.
• Inspect and evaluate roofs.
• Maintain and install exterior signage.
• Operate snow removal equipment.
• Power wash hard exterior surfaces.
• Inspect and clean windows when needed.
• Wipe down and inspect exterior furniture.
• Remove leaves and debris.
• Pick up building and site trash.
• Coordinate resources, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Support office relocations and remodels.
• Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
