Job summary

Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI) seeks a Senior General Liability & Premises Liability Claims Adjuster for a fully remote role. You will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve GL and premises claims in a national accounts setting across hospitality, retail, and entertainment clients.

Active New York Adjuster License required, plus home-state license. 5+ years of CGL/Premises liability experience, with litigation management and independent remote work ability.

Qualifications

• Active New York Adjuster License required.
• Active adjuster license in home state required.
• Minimum 5 years of General Liability and Premises Liability claim handling experience.
• Experience handling: Commercial General Liability (CGL), Premises Liability, Bodily Injury, Attorney-represented, and litigated claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust multi-line liability claims (GL & bodily injury).
• Manage claims involving commercial vehicle exposures and third-party liability.
• Determine coverage, assess liability, and develop defendable strategies.
• Review medical, legal, and vendor invoices for accuracy; negotiate discrepancies.
