• Ten (10) years of experience handling litigation, including 5 years of claims management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; JD preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; professional certification optional.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and acts on reports and forms.
• Responds to inquiries and seeks legal opinions for early resolution.
• Coordinates with local counsel and manages settlements and subrogation opportunities.
• Attends mediations, trials, arbitrations or hearings as needed.
• Supports the organization’s quality programs and cost management.
