Qualifications

• Admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 3+ years of legal experience, ideally handling discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings in general liability.
• Experience managing cases, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing motions.
• Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as associate attorney in CA general liability defense.
• Handle discovery, draft and argue motions, manage depositions and hearings.
• Appear in court as required.
