Qualifications

• 4+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Experience in general liability, retail liability, transportation defense, and/or product liability is a plus.
• Strong writing and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience representing companies and insurers in a defense-side practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Drive litigation strategy and represent clients effectively.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and argue disposition motions.
• Prepare cases for arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
