Jobot is seeking an experienced General Liability Attorney to join our team in a hybrid or remote capacity. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in general liability with a broad skill set across litigation, real estate, employment, and corporate law.

You will provide expert legal guidance, manage diverse matters, and work closely with a collaborative team. In this role you will draft and review contracts, pleadings, and motions, represent clients in court and mediations, and perform in-depth legal

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Liability Attorney or similar role.
• Proven experience in Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on general liability matters.
• Handle a diverse caseload across Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, appeals, and motions.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage cases efficiently.
• Stay updated on current laws and regulations in the field.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular updates and excellent service.
