LeoForce is seeking a seasoned General Liability Attorney to provide strategic guidance, manage a diverse caseload, and advocate in court.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD with at least 5 years of general liability experience, possess strong negotiation and analytical skills, and be proficient in legal research and drafting. A hybrid or remote setup with excellent benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• 5+ years of experience as General Liability Attorney or similar role.
• Experience in Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, and related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on general liability matters to clients.

Experience: Mid Level Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on a wide range of general liability matters.


• Handle a diverse caseload involving Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.


• Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, appeals, and motions.


• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.


• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.


• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.


• Stay updated on current laws and regulations within your field of specialty.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.


• Current license to practice law.


• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Liability Attorney or similar role.


• Proven experience in Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
