Job summary

Wilson Elser, a national law firm, is seeking a Senior General Liability Attorney to join our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will manage complex defense litigation with independence and collaborate with partners.

You will handle cases from inception to resolution, participate in trials and depositions, and communicate clearly with clients. A strong track record in General Liability and Personal Injury defense, plus Arizona bar admission, is required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Arizona.
• 8+ years of defense litigation.
• Experience with defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil litigation matters preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
• First chair trial experience a plus.
