Job summary

KP Aviation, a global supplier of aftermarket aviation components, seeks an Accounting GL Manager to own the general ledger, oversee month-end close, and ensure GAAP compliance across the organization. This role partners with Treasury to optimize cash flow and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 7–10 years of related experience, and CPA or MBA preferred, with proven leadership in a multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and methods.
• Experience with general ledger posting and month-end close processes.
• Experience with GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
• Oversee account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements and intercompany GLs.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Collaborate with Treasury on cash positioning and bank reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure documentation compliance.
