Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a medium to large accounting department.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or large ERP Finance module preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review accounting and financial analysis projects to meet reporting requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, reconciliations, and analyses for audits and tax filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure closing accuracy.
• Serve as liaison with external auditors during examinations.
