Job summary

Trumbull Corporation in Arlington, VA, seeks a General Foreman to lead crews on the Long Bridge South project. This hands-on role supervises daily production, safety, and plan execution to meet contract specs.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for coordinating with the Superintendent and field teams. The position requires 2+ years of highway foreman experience, DOT plan interpretation, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of foreman experience on highway/roadway projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and DOT specs.
• Strong communication and supervisory skills.
• Willing to travel and work varied shifts.
• Proven adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew with a clear plan to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Read, interpret, and follow plans, specifications, and work plans.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on material and equipment delivery.
• Direct daily production and supervise crews to meet contract specs.
• Maintain safety documentation and site cleanliness.
• Coordinate with other foremen and project staff on overlapping work.
