Job summary

The Air Force Test Center at Arnold AFB, Tennessee seeks a Full-Time General Engineer (NH-0801-03) to lead as senior project manager for Improvement and Modernization, Maintenance & Repair, and Military Construction projects. You will direct a cross-functional team of engineers, architects, and technicians from diverse disciplines to execute complex, multi-year programs.

You will coordinate with contracting officers, tenant organizations, and leadership to develop and justify programming

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited professional engineering degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Proven ability to plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior project management for I&M, M&R, and MILCON projects across Arnold AFB.
• Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and technicians.
• Coordinate with government staff and external contractors on multi-year programs.
• Develop programming and budgeting documents; ensure compliance with codes.
